All natural stones have been tested to ensure they are real. Because these stones are real their will be considerable color and pattern variationion between each piece making each natrual stone braclet unique.

For our painted hematites, we use a high durability, non-toxic paint that will not fade or chip.

For our electroplated hematies, the bonding process permantly attaches the color to the surface layer of the hematite so the color will never fade.

Elastic stretch cord: Each batch is tested to ensure proper elasticity and will not break under normal use. Cord can be stretched up to three quartes the origional length before permanant deformation occurs.

All gold, silver, rohdium plated pieces are of high quality and will not tarnish. An additional clear protectant is added to give the piece added durability. Over-time, some signs of wear may appear where the piece makes contact with the skin.

Connection pieces are made of stainless steel, or gold plated steel and will not rust.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To care for your braclets, make sure to avoid getting excess water or chemicals on the gold plated ornaments.

For your elastic braclets, avoid over stretching your elastic cord to keep it nice. Roll your braclets on and off your hands and they will provide you years of reliable enjoyment. We do offer rebeading services to our customers for a minimal fee, if in the future, you would like to restring.
